Oregon has many moments where there are bridges, but this particular one split two worlds. On one side of the bridge, under the river, it was a calm and peaceful waterway where all you could hear was nature. But just around the river bend and under the bridge, you'd open up to the local swimming hole where you could hear mariachi music and laughter, smell hotdogs, and hear laughter. This bridge wasn't a bridge to being present in either moment—you would be everywhere and nowhere all at once.
